To make a return, the products must be in their original condition, without having been used, washed or damaged, and all labels must be intact, as well as the original packaging. Please note that personalized items, such as those engraved or custom-made, are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or non-conformity. Hand washing is recommended for delicate materials to preserve the vibrancy of the colors and keep the fabric taut. However, even using a washing machine, it is possible to keep your underwear in excellent condition. Simply place them in a laundry net and hang the bras before washing.
