Please note that personalized items, such as those engraved or custom-made, are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or non-conformity. Hand washing is recommended for delicate materials to preserve the vibrancy of the colors and keep the fabric taut. However, even using a washing machine, it is possible to keep your underwear in excellent condition. Simply place them in a laundry net and hang the bras before washing.
